At Rainbow Interiors, we strive to provide high-quality interior design services and products. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are applicable for our services and products. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
As our interior design services are customized to meet individual client needs, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has commenced. However, under the following conditions, a partial refund may be considered:
If a client cancels the project before any design work has begun, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation fees.
If Rainbow Interiors is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be provided.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service commencement.
For physical products such as furniture, decor items, or materials supplied through Rainbow Interiors, the following return conditions apply:
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
Any transaction fees or administrative charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Clients may cancel service requests within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund.
Orders for physical products may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once services have started or products have been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
Design consultations, space planning, and concept presentations are non-refundable once delivered.
Digital goods, downloadable content, and project documentation are not eligible for refunds.
Any third-party product purchased through our recommendations falls under the respective supplier’s refund policies.
